Chat with our team
We'll run through some screenings to match you to a program that will be the best fit for your needs. Then we'll work with your insurance to get you into treatment.
Get a treatment plan
A full clinical intake process gives you a targeted, custom plan including:
● What kind of therapy you'll receive
● How often you'll have sessions
● Who will be on your clinical team
● Your medication management plan, if needed.
Start your program
As soon as you're cleared, you can begin programming. We offer 3 different program levels that range from one to five days per week. We monitor progress as-you-go and tweak your plan if needed.

Who will support you?
- Your treatment plan may include any or all of our licensed recovery specialists -
Psychiatrist
Our psychiatrist overees your treatement with the right assesments, diagnostic tools, and medication management. If you have a comorbid condition, the psychiatrist will work closely with the rest of the team to treat both conditions.
LCSW/LMHC
A licensed clinical social worker or licensed mental health counselor is your closest ally in recovery. You’ll spend time in group or individual therapy, led by a clinician that is hand-picked for fit.
Group Facilitator
In some cases, group therapy can provide the social support you need and accelerate your recovery journey. A Group Faciliator provides the framework you need to get empowerment from your peers — and empower others in return.
Nurse Practitioner
Every case is unique and requires careful monitoring and re-assessment. Your NP is not just your handholder and cheerleader — they are on top of your case and ready to call changes as needed.
Nurse
Your Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct emotional support, administers your medication(s), and reports any updates or changes to the rest of your team.
Support Staff
Your Behavioral Health Technician or Mental Health Technician is your care companion. They provide support in whatever ways you need it most, from assitance and companionship to teaching you new skillsa and practicing with you.

This program includes 4 hours of treatment, 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

IOP
9 AM- 1 PM, 3 DAYS/WEEK
This program includes 4 hours of treatment, 3 days a week. You can choose any days that work best for you, from Monday through Friday.

OP
9 AM- 1 PM, 1 DAY/WEEK
This program includes 4 hours of treatment, one day each week. You can choose any day that works best for you, from Monday through Friday.
