Get a treatment plan

A full clinical intake process gives you a targeted, custom plan including:

Are you a fit?

With 37+ years of combined clinical experience, we've treated someone like you — even if:

You've never gotten help before

You just came out of detox

You've been discharged from inpatient care

You've already recovered from addiction — but need support to cope with triggers and prevent relapse

You've tried treatment before, but it didn't work

You're also struggling with another mental health condition

Who will support you?

- Your treatment plan may include any or all of our licensed recovery specialists -

Our psychiatrist overees your treatement with the right assesments, diagnostic tools, and medication management. If you have a comorbid condition, the psychiatrist will work closely with the rest of the team to treat both conditions.

A licensed clinical social worker or licensed mental health counselor is your closest ally in recovery. You’ll spend time in group or individual therapy, led by a clinician that is hand-picked for fit.
